What should I do on departure day?Make sure to get all personal items out of camper. Please make sure that the camper is left in the same condition that it was dropped off in. Make sure all windows and vents are closed. Make sure that both refrigerators are cleaned out. Make sure that trash cans are emptied. Sweep the floor with the broom and try to make sure nothing is swept into vents on floor. Wipe down counters with supplied cleaning products. Wipe down and clean toilet. Make sure to get underneath the seats. DO NOT close the slides. If leaving before we arrive, make sure to leave the keys on the counter and the door unlocked. What are the rules and guidelines?Thank you for renting one of our campers. We hope that you enjoy it. We do have some rules/guidelines below. Failure to follow them will result in a partial or full loss of the security deposit. If there is an issue or a problem, please call one of us first before trying to correct it. Please take care of the camper and make sure that it is returned in the same condition, with the same items, that it was when it was dropped off. There is to be ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the camper. If you smoke, smoke outside and make sure that the door is shut the entire time. Only use RV toilet paper in the toilet. NOTHING else is suppose to be flushed down the toilet other than RV toilet paper. Yes we can see what comes out when we empty the tanks. When using the toilet with toilet paper, make sure to fill the bowl 1/3 of the way with water and let it run for 3 to 5 seconds when you flush. No food should be put down the sink. Rinse off the food outside before putting them in the sink. If you spill something, clean/wipe it up immediately. Cleaning stuff is located under the sink. If it is windy or raining/storming outside, make sure that the awning is fully retracted. Mattress protectors are on each bed so please do not remove them as they are there for everyone’s safety. Do not use the water pump unless there is no water connection. If there is no water connection, we will fill up the fresh water tank before delivery. If it runs out, then most likely the black or grey tank is full. In that case, you can have someone fill it back up (they must use filtered water) but you will also need to have someone empty the tanks. Do not spray anything in the camper. The camper does have blue lights on the inside and out. However, if there is a bug issue, they are attracted to the blue light so please don’t use them in that case. You are responsible for monitoring the grey and black tanks. Instructions on how to empty them, if applicable, will be done when the camper is delivered. If hooked to sewer connection, NEVER leave either of the tank valves open. Do not press the Slides button on the camper for any reason. You are responsible for the camper and anything hooked to it. The sink cover is not a cutting board. There are cutting boards in the cabinet above the sink. If using the inside stove, make sure that the glass piece is lifted up and don’t put it back down until it has cooled off. When using the outside stove, or griddle, make sure that it has completely cooled off before pushing it back in to the storage area.
